Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Gyre9 specializes in short-run prototype and pilot-run PCB assembly. Whether you're validating a first build, refining a pilot batch, or moving toward volume, our engineering-led approach ensures every board is built right the first time.

Our assembly work is held to the highest standards:

  • IPC J-STD-001 (with Space and Military Addendum): The primary standard for military and aerospace soldering today, defining requirements for electronics that must survive launch vibrations, thermal cycling, and other demanding operating environments.

  • IPC-A-610: The global industry standard for the visual acceptability of electronic assemblies, providing exact criteria for solder joints, component placement, and physical condition to ensure boards meet their required reliability class.

  • MIL-STD-2000A: A legacy Department of Defense standard for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies. Though superseded by commercial standards for new designs, it remains relevant for older, actively maintained defense contracts that still reference it.

This combination of prototype agility and high-reliability discipline means you get fast iteration without sacrificing the quality your application demands.

Curious. Disciplined. Relentless.
