Contract Manufacturing in Connecticut
From a working prototype to a full production line, Gyre9 manages the complete manufacturing process under one roof in Southbury, CT.
We have been doing this since 2006. In that time we have worked with early-stage startups who needed their first 50 units built to spec, and with Fortune 500 companies running dedicated assembly lines in our facility. The range is part of what keeps us sharp, and the ISO 9001 certification we carry is not just paperwork. It reflects how we actually operate.
Our 50,000 square foot facility handles the full range of electromechanical manufacturing, from component sourcing and kitting to final assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping. We do not hand off work to a network of subcontractors and hope it comes back right. We run it ourselves, in Connecticut, and you have direct visibility into every stage.

Gyre9 specializes in complex electromechanical products. If your product involves electronics, mechanical systems, software, or any combination of the three, this is where it gets built. ISO 9001 certified
Our facility is ISO 9001 certified. That certification governs our quality management system, our documentation processes, and how we handle non-conformances. It means when you send us a build package, we follow a defined, audited process to execute it, and we have the records to show it was done right.
We can help you set up your own facility
Some clients come to us as a long-term manufacturing partner. Others are building toward running their own facility and want to learn as they go. We can help with both. Gyre9 has experience in site selection, equipment procurement, staffing, and process optimization for clients who eventually want to bring production in-house. We are not threatened by that transition. We see it as part of the job.
Who we work with
Our clients range from venture-backed startups bringing a first product to market to established Fortune 500 companies running high-volume production. The common thread is that they need a manufacturing partner with real engineering depth, not just an assembly shop. We can engage at whatever stage makes sense for your project.
If you have a product that needs to be built, talk to us about it.
